Our service philosophy begins with a commitment to transparency and responsiveness. Based upon each client’s specific needs we dedicate specialists and resources (for example: investment, operational, systems, and compliance) to create a customized platform of relationship support. Written communications and meetings at client-specified intervals on our market outlook and portfolio positioning combined with the talents of other specialists—including research, compliance, operations, administration, and where applicable systems specialists—are the foundation of our client service proposition.
Collaboratively we can plan a combination of formal and informal meetings, as well as written and administrative reporting to meet our clients’ needs.
Each client has a dedicated Portfolio Specialist who ensures all client service needs are specifically addressed. Portfolio Specialists serve as liaisons between the Investment Policy Committee and our institutional clients and their consultants. Their principal functions include servicing institutional clients and marketing to consultants and plan sponsors. The Portfolio Specialist role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including communicating portfolio strategy, market outlook, and performance.
Additionally, Portfolio Specialists work with institutional clients and the Research Department to conduct independent research projects. We encourage clients to use our research capabilities and expertise as a resource and think of our resources as an extension of their own.
